Infants and technology
Infants are born into a technological world and are surrounded by things that have been designed and made for specific purposes. These include, for example, the clothes that infants wear, the things they play with, or a radio that they might hear playing. The list is endless. Despite this, there is very little known about the technological literacies and understandings of very young children. This article examines a way to view infants’ technological literacy.
