Educational leadership Project (ELP) have prepared a series of articles on leadership. They provide practical examples of building a positive organisational culture including the leaders role. The place of the environment in organisational culture is also discussed. Articles on effective professional development focus on the importance of enhancing effective teaching to improving outcomes for children. The practical examples strengthen links between teachers, children, parents and whānau.
