It provides summary information on the review of the 1998 Regulations and the development of the new regulatory framework for early childhood education services that came into force on 1 December 2008. Documents relating to the consultation processes that have taken place from 2004 onwards as part of the development of the new regulatory framework for early childhood education services can be downloaded, such as discussion documents and summaries of feedback and submissions received on these documents.
